Rentals
Rental Term:
All standard rentals require a two to three
day minimum.
Units that are delivered or picked up by us
will be done by appointment only. All renters are required to be at
the location at the specified time. Renters will be charged a
$25.00 fee per half hour they are late with a minimum charge of
$25.00. If the vehicle is abandoned at the site, or the renter
fails to be on site during the scheduled pick up
appointment, the renter will be charged a minimum penalty of
$200.00 which will be deducted from the security
deposit.
For tow away rentals the vehicles
are picked up and returned by appointment only. A pre
determined time will be established at the time of rental. All
late returns will be charged fees as follows: Per
half hour $50.00 up to the first two hours. After two
hours the fee is equal to 1 1/2 days rental. Please remember other
people may be waiting for the vehicle. Please contact us immediately
if you are going to be delayed.
Reservation
Deposit:
A reservation DEPOSIT equal
to 35% of the total rental package is required for all standard
rentals and a DEPOSIT equal to 50% or higher of the total
rental package is required for all package rentals.
(THE RESERVATION DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE AND WE RESERVE
THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT AT OUR
DISCRETION).
Proper
Identification:
ALL INFORMATION WILL BE VERIFIED. Employment
verification, Credit References, Valid Driver's License must be
presented at time of
reservation.
Security Deposit:
A $500.00 security DEPOSIT is required for
each trailer at the time of departure or prior if utilizing the
delivery and pick up service. The DEPOSIT is refundable within 5
business days of the return or pick up of the vehicle, providing the
vehicle is clean, and without damage or missing items.
Cleaning Deposit:
All our rentals include standard cleaning at
no additional charge. However the renter is responsible to remove
all garbage from the unit as well as leave the site free of any
trash, including cigarette butts, cans, bottles etc. Any sites left
unclean or any excusive dirtiness to the inside or outside of the
unit will result in a loss of a minimum $50.00 or more of
the Security Deposit.
Smoking:
All RVs are non-smoking. Smoking in RV's will
result in a loss of $250.00 of the security
deposit.
Rental Balance Due:
Full payment is due prior to departure or delivery
less reservation amount already paid. Payment may be made by
cash, money order, Visa
and MasterCard. Please note some
credit cards
have daily limit restrictions. Please confirm with your
banking institution that the amount will be available as needed. All
credit card payments will be billed under the name Peak Financial
Services.
Unused Rental
Time:
There are no refunds for unused
time.
Trailer
Contents:
Our rentals come fully loaded and
equipped with virtually everything you will need to make your stay
as comfortable as possible. We do not charge extra for convenience
kits. Therefore we ask that all renters respect the amenities
provided. Any broken or missing items will be charged a fee
equal to 3 times our replacement cost. This policy does not
apply to the items we provide in our units as complimentary.
Complimentary items will be identified at the time of pick up or
deliver as well as outlined in the operations manual in each
unit.
Driver Requirements:
All renters must be at least 25
years of age or older.
Additionally the renter must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record,
and proof of insurance.
Tow Vehicle Requirements:
All tow vehicles must have a minimum
Class 3 hitch mounted to the frame of the vehicle. The tow vehicle
must have a towing capacity that meets the trailer specifications.
Some vehicles may require an electronic braking control depending on
the vehicle being rented.
We will provide the hitch ball and wait distribution equipment. You
are responsible to make sure your vehicle is in proper operating
condition and meets the towing requirements. We will NOT be
held responsible for any damage caused to the tow
vehicle.
Vehicle Insurance:
Liability coverage on your tow vehicle must
extend to the vehicle in tow. Prior to departure or delivery, you
must provide us a Certificate of Insurance from your insurance
carrier, stating liability limits of $100,000 / $300,000 / $50.00.
Arizona's Ultimate Recreation Packages LLC must be name
on the Certificate as an additional insured. Most insurance carriers
a familiar with the process and this process usually only takes a
simple phone call to your Company or Agent.
Travel Restrictions:
We DO NOT ALLOW any
of our equipment to travel to MEXICO.
Pets:
Pets are allowed but there is an additional
$50.00 DEPOSIT per pet. $25.00 is not refundable for cleaning. We
ask that pets not be left alone in the units. Any damage or
extensive cleaning required which exceeds the $25.00 portion will be
deducted from the remaining deposits.
Walk Through:
At the time of pick up, or deliver we
will provide our customers with a complementary walk through. Please
allow at least an hour up to two hours to complete this process. We
will provide a full tour of our equipment, a safety check list and
complete operational instructions for the unit. Upon pick up or
return, please allow for a half an hour to complete
inspections.
Accidents:
If involved in an accident the renter must
notify our company within 24 hours and obtain a full written police
report. Failure to comply will result in the forfeiture of your
deposit and more.
Brake
Downs:
If
equipment fails or brakes down, the renter may elect to have the
repairs completed by a professional if the amount of the repairs is
under $300.00 without contacting us first. If the repairs are more
the $300.00 the renter must obtain permission from our company
first. There will be no reimbursement given to the renter without
proper receipts and proof of payments. Any credits given by the
Company will be at the company's discretion.
