As the owner of the equipment you are always in control, and always have the final say in who rents your equipment or not. You also determine when your equipment is available for rent. Additionally you also determine the rate that is charged for the rental of your equipment; however we will make suggestions and provide advice on determining a fair rate.

We handle all the advertising, pre-screening of the customer, paperwork, payment processing, equipment walk through, security deposits, and refunds. We remit your funds within 72 hours of receiving payment from the customer.
